Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 or more years of experience preferably in a financial or contract administration position that required an attention to detail, data management and data reporting.
  • 2 or more years of related experience (sales, customer service, customer relationship management, supply chain, hospital distribution, etc.)
  • Technological fluency with email, internet, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), PowerBI
  • Strong ability to use multiple systems and various report software to combine and synthesize information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to facilitate problem solving and think critically.
  • Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights.
Responsibilities
  • Provides reporting and analytics to monitor performance.
  • Uses data to support root cause analysis when performance metrics are off track.
  • Manages reporting needs and analyzes customer request for custom reports.
  • Creates custom KPI dashboards (critical measures) to drive and measure operational and financial improvements.
  • Create data visualizations to tell the story of the data and provide meaningful insights to support problem solving, opportunity identification, and prioritization of business needs.
  • Effectively communicate and present analytics to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develops and maintains strong, account-specific analytical processes with the customer.
  • Utilizes data to support management of contract compliance to all agreed terms and conditions.
  • Collaborates with personnel within the customer and within O&M to ensure accurate and consistent information is present for the customer.
  • Utilizes data to drive item standardization and identify conversion opportunities.
  • Supports strategies to drive proprietary products with existing and new customer targets.
  • Create and maintain documentation on data models, measures, infrastructure, and processes.
  • Process, clean, and validate integrity of data to be used for analysis including developing process for SKU hygiene.
  • Explore and analyze data to identify patterns, relationships, trends, and potential risks.
  • Support improvement and optimization initiatives with data analytics.
