Requirements
- Ability to engage and communicate with business owners and C-level executives to sell, manage, and grow a deep technical advertising solution
- Can build a robust pipeline of partnerships, comfortable tracking down and pitching decision makers. Has an established track record of beating revenue and deal targets
- Team builder that can manage career development of high caliber colleagues
- Understands and can engage with partners at the executive level on the economics of performance advertising and commerce media, and how machine learning can build them a durable and robust ads business
- Ability to grow product implementations through a consultative approach that incorporates a deep understanding of performance advertising key metrics and drivers
- BA/BS Degree with a minimum of 10 years + experience in AdTech, retail media industry
- Growth mindset and ability to achieve revenue goals
- Strong communication skills, ability to engage deeply with business owners to build trust and establish confidence in Moloco's platform
- Strong team building and management capabilities for a geographically distributed team
- Network and relationships across commerce, retail, and marketplace businesses, especially the teams running the ads businesses
- Leverage our sales tools; Salesforce
- BA/BS Degree with a minimum of 10 years + experience in AdTech, retail media industry
Responsibilities
- Prospect and pitch to build a pipeline and close a network of commerce and retail platforms to provide machine learning for them to build their own ads business. Hit assigned revenue targets
- Manage and develop a team of business development professionals and strategic growth managers
- Represent Moloco in industry conferences and speaking engagements
