Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years progressive experience in business planning, financial planning and analysis, accounting or costing.
  • Specific experience related to Electrical Distribution System products, including components, wire harnesses or electrical distribution boxes, is a plus.
  • Good financial knowledge, including experience with financial statements, financial analysis and/or budget management.
  • English fluency required - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact closely with team members and internal stakeholders to complete financial analysis and feasibility studies.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly financial documents for US and Japan reporting, including preparing cost center analysis, profit improvement reports and financial summaries for executive meetings.
  • Prepare and analyze Profit and Loss by Program for North America OEM and report performance to executive management.
  • Prepare Program Feasibility Studies and financial presentations to obtain management for SEWS to respond to customer Requests for Quote.
  • Analyze targets and current results by Program to support Profit Improvement Activities to achieve business unit profit targets.
  • Support budget preparation and analysis financial impact related to non-Material Direct Costs, Indirect/SG&A Costs and overall Business Unit Profit and Loss.
  • Assist North America OEM management team with resolving issues related to budgets and results, including identifying abnormalities, investigating incorrect budgets or results and supporting system updates.
