  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, service delivery and/or program management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and leading diverse teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong connections with the team and stakeholders
  • Experience and understanding of a breadth of IT managed services including, but not limited to, AI, application support, cybersecurity, ITSM, service desk, etc. Oracle platform and application experience a huge plus
  • Experience and ability to shape, position and respond to RFP’s
  • Must be comfortable operating in a fast paced, changing environment
Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership, strategy and set direction for managers and employees
  • Lead large group discussions to answer questions and remedy complaints
  • Create and deliver stakeholder executive presentations
  • Create and nurture effective communication within the organization
  • Build a strong team through open communication and by collaborating on decision-making responsibilities
  • Initiate and set goals for programs based on the organization’s strategic objectives and contract expectations
  • Plan programs from start to finish, including identifying processes, deadlines and milestones
  • Develop and approve operations and budgets
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to maintain and expand CAI’s business at clients
  • Develop processes and procedures to meet and exceed client expectations related to managed services contracts as well as projects
  • Manage all delivery activities at the client, whether performed by resources in direct reporting line, or from CAI Enterprise Practices
