Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our growing AI Legal Drafting team as an AI Legal Drafting Specialist. This role will be instrumental in using our innovative DemandsAI platform to generate high-quality demand letters. You will play a key role in expanding our product offering and ensuring its seamless adoption by our customers.

Responsibilities:

Document Drafting: Develop and maintain AI-powered drafting programs for demand letters. This requires understanding legal concepts related to demand letters. Formal legal experience is beneficial but not essential.
Information Characterization: Analyze and characterize legal information.
Customer Onboarding: Guide customers through the DemandsAI platform setup and training process, ensuring they understand its functionality and best practices.
Product Feedback and Improvement: Actively gather and analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of new features and functionalities.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support to customers encountering issues with the DemandsAI platform and output.
Continuous Learning: Stay current on legal trends and advancements in AI legal drafting technology.

Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Educational background in law, data science, or digital humanities
Experience with legal documents and concepts is a plus.
Prior experience with machine learning or AI is a plus.
