Requirements
  • 2+ years in the DER industry
  • 3+ years of experience selling and or servicing both large and small startup companies
  • Strong verbal, written, and analytics skills
  • Highly passionate self-starter
  • Ability to work with Customer Success
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior level (economic buyers)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or ChurnZero
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the ongoing success of existing customer accounts in the DER industry
  • Maintain revenue and minimize churn from assigned accounts
  • Achieve revenue growth goals
  • Hit individual targets for Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
  • Maintain a positive NPS score among assigned accounts
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Build account plans for maintaining customer happiness and increasing revenues
  • Complete complex sales process with mid-level and executive buyers
  • Build proposals for new revenue opportunities and handle contract negotiations
  • Quantifying value in the form of a return on investment or Business Case
  • Managing quarterly revenue contributions through a repeatable process
  • Serving as the virtual CEO to rally internal team members
  • Close business in a predictable manner leveraging MEDDIC sales methodology
  • Provide and maintain accurate forecasts via Salesforce
