  • Experience with multi-year agreements, defending against downsells, and working with procurement and legal teams at large integrated delivery networks.
  • Experience creating processes in an environment where they do not yet exist.
  • Fluency with artificial-intelligence-assisted workflows.

What believers are saying

  • Dossier's 2026 website highlights real-time competency gaps and workforce readiness.
  • NAVA listed Cleveland Clinic, Tenet, UCLA Health, and SingHealth as customers in 2026.
  • MTIP's 2024 deal explicitly targets accelerated U.S. growth and geographic expansion.

What critics are saying

  • Epic and Oracle Cerner can bundle competency management into existing hospital suite deals.
  • Dossier still depends on winning large health systems, lengthening sales cycles through 2026.
  • A failed U.S. expansion after MTIP's 2024 acquisition would trap Dossier in Norway.

What makes Dossier unique

  • Dossier centralizes healthcare competency tracking, documentation, and reporting in one regulated workflow.
  • MTIP and Peakstone backed Dossier in December 2024 for U.S. expansion.
  • Its footprint spans Norway, the U.S., Singapore, Germany, and the U.K. by 2026.

MTIP Acquires Dossier Solutions Stake

MTIP, a Swiss growth and buyout firm, has acquired a majority stake in Dossier Solutions, a leading healthcare competency management SaaS provider. The acquisition aims to boost Dossier's US market growth, expand its geographic reach, and enhance its technology platform. Dossier, founded in 2000 and based in Oslo, Norway, is poised for substantial growth with plans to enter new markets like Germany and Singapore. This aligns with MTIP's strategy of investing in high-growth European healthcare software companies.
