- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and project requirements
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to resolve design discrepancies and ensure constructability
- Maintain organized drawing files, documentation, and revision logs
- Assist in the preparation of permit and construction documents
- Update and revise drawings based on redlines, field changes, and client feedback
- Provide design support during all phases of residential projects, from concept to construction
