Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IC digital design and preferably experience in data signal processing and/or microcontroller subsystems
  • Deep understanding of VHDL and/or Verilog hardware description languages
  • Strong expertise with state-of-the-art digital design EDA tools
  • Experience in digital data processing and low-power design techniques
  • Knowledge of place-and-route toolchain is a plus
  • Personality: you possess a high level of enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine willingness to collaborate within international and interdisciplinary teams
  • You are an effective team player with a focused, methodical, and highly independent working style; quality-oriented working style
  • Proficient English is mandatory; advanced German language skills are beneficial
  • A degree (Diploma/M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field

Responsibilities
  • Help shape the future: You will work on leading edge development projects for MEMS consumer sensor integrated circuits
  • Use your creativity and freedom: You will work on digital module-level concept definition, requirement derivation, mixed-signal architectural integration
  • Integrated implementation: You design digital circuits with a focus on optimization regarding area and power
  • Reliable implementation: You will be responsible for the robust design of digital circuits in control and datapath structures
  • Structured evaluation: You support the product characterization and validation
