Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Candidate must have experience with full-cycle recruiting, as well as leading and developing a growing recruitment team
  • 8+ years of combined recruiting experience both in-house and external
  • Trading industry experience required; Tech or Fintech industry experience preferred
  • Proven track record in sourcing and hiring experienced talent
  • Experience collaborating with key business leaders and senior cross-functional partners
  • Experience translating data and analysis into strategic recruitment processes and recommendations
  • Familiarity with ATS tools, such as Greenhouse, Jobvite and recruitment analytics tools, a plus
  • History of working in an entrepreneurial environment that values innovation
  • A passion to build and lead effective and efficient teams
  • Ability to gain buy-in and build consensus across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to oversee and lead a group of full cycle recruiters throughout multiple recruiting campaigns and projects
  • Highly self-motivated and directed; takes strategic initiative
  • Aptitude for creative thinking and problem solving
  • Exceptional time management, multi-project management and overall task prioritization
  • Ability to speak in front of large audience by demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written

Responsibilities
  • Lead the vision and strategy implementation for the Geneva Trading Recruiting Team to attract, select, and hire experienced and early talent, including setting and measuring goals, identifying best practices and tools, and building policies and programs that align with the firm's strategic goals
  • Manage full life cycle recruiting across the organization, including sourcing and interviewing global experienced trading and corporate talent
  • Perform hands-on leadership role, while also actively recruiting experienced traders for top-performing trading teams
  • Empower the recruiting team to be strategic business partners; train recruiters to understand our business and make decisions that contribute to our success
  • Partner with Head of HR and Director of Learning and Talent Development to create career development paths and onboarding program for new Recruiting Team members
  • Partner with Senior Management to plan future hiring needs, including basic workforce planning to proactively plan and pipeline talent
  • Act as primary talent partner to senior leaders and hiring managers and regularly meet with them to understand, address, and anticipate their hiring needs
  • Partner with technology leadership team and Technical Recruiter in developing the technical recruiting function
  • Partner with HR , key leaders, and Campus Recruiter in creating campus recruiting and internship vision, strategy, and program
  • Generate regular reporting and provide analysis of recruiting metrics that continues to drive the recruiting process efficiencies and inform strategic decision making to scale hiring and growth of teams
  • Present findings to the Senior Management team in both formal and informal settings
  • Collaborate with HR, internal/external key stakeholders in developing and promoting our employer brand in the trading and technology industry, including recruitment marketing, campus recruiting, conferences/programs, etc
  • Partner with Director of Learning and Talent Development in creating interview training curriculum and content to ensure a consistently positive process for all candidates
  • Oversee external vendor and partner relationships, including LinkedIn, ATS, Glassdoor, and 3rd party recruiters
  • Work closely with HR and IT departments for seamless candidate conversion and onboarding of new hire
  • Partner with Head of HR in annual goal setting, budgeting, and building firm hiring plan
  • Partner with Business Development team to scale firm's trading talent sourcing strategy, including candidate outreach and engagement, and streamlining candidate evaluation and offer process
Desired Qualifications
  • PHR, SHRM or other certification related to full-cycle recruitment is a plus
