Joiin expands global reporting ecosystem with Stripe, FreeAgent, MYOB and Zoho Books integrations. Four new integrations expand Joiin's reporting ecosystem, bringing financial and non-financial data together for a complete view of performance. EXETER, DEVON, UNITED KINGDOM, August 19, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ - Joiin, the financial reporting and consolidation platform, has expanded its global integration ecosystem with four new data connections across Stripe, FreeAgent, MYOB and Zoho Books. The new integrations extend the range of financial and operational data businesses can bring into Joiin, making it easier for finance teams to report across single and multiple entities, different accounting platforms, currencies and data sources without relying on manual exports and spreadsheets. For growing and international businesses, financial data rarely sits in one place. Groups can operate different accounting systems across subsidiaries, retain ledgers following acquisitions, or require operational data alongside their financial results. Joiin provides a reporting layer across these systems, bringing the data together for consolidated reporting, analysis and real-time decision-making. Four New Data Connections The four new connections include: Stripe - brings non-financial and operational Stripe data into Joiin, allowing businesses to report on metrics such as customers, subscriptions and recurring revenue alongside their financial performance. FreeAgent - extends Joiin's accounting ecosystem in the UK, enabling businesses and groups using FreeAgent to connect their financial data directly into Joiin. MYOB - strengthens Joiin's presence across Australia and New Zealand, enabling MYOB data to form part of wider group and multi-ledger reporting. Zoho Books - expands Joiin's international connectivity, helping businesses using Zoho Books consolidate and report across entities, currencies and accounting systems. "Businesses are increasingly operating across multiple systems, entities and markets, but they still need one reliable view of performance," said Suzy Lloyd, CMO at Joiin. "These new integrations make it easier to bring that data together in Joiin, whether it comes from different accounting platforms or, in the case of Stripe, from outside the traditional accounting stack. Our aim is to give finance teams a trusted, connected data layer for reporting, so they can spend less time moving data between systems and more time understanding what it is telling them." The launch follows the continued expansion of Joiin's integration ecosystem, which already includes Xero, QuickBooks Online, Intuit Enterprise Suite, Sage Accounting, spreadsheets and other data sources. It also marks an important step in Joiin's development beyond traditional accounting integrations. The Stripe connection enables customers to combine non-financial and financial data within the same reporting environment, providing a more complete view of business performance and opening the platform to an increasingly broad range of operational data. Joiin supports both single and multi-entity organisations, including groups operating different accounting platforms across subsidiaries. Finance teams can consolidate P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting; manage multi-currency groups and intercompany eliminations; create dashboards, KPIs and board-ready report packs; and analyse group performance from one platform. Joiin extends these capabilities through Joiin Intelligence (AI), enabling customers to query their data and use AI agents to analyse, report and act across it. Its act-verify-rollback approach makes agent actions traceable and reversible, providing a governed way for finance teams to work with AI. Customers can also connect Joiin data directly to AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and other MCP-compatible clients, bringing the same consolidated data they use for reporting in Joiin into their own AI workflows and tools. Continued Industry Recognition The expansion comes during a period of continued recognition for Joiin. The company is an Intuit Platinum App Partner and part of Xero's enterprise app ecosystem. In summer 2026, Joiin was selected as a Global Xero Featured App, named a People's Choice finalist in the 2026 Xero Global App Awards for the second consecutive year, and a Xero Practice App of the Year finalist in Canada. Joiin also achieved Leader status across multiple G2 Grids(R) for financial analysis, financial close, budgeting and forecasting, and ranked #50 in the August edition of the A-Z of AI Accounting World Ranking. "To receive this recognition, particularly where our customers have voted for us, means a great deal. It reinforces the value Joiin is delivering to finance teams today and the role we can play as AI transforms financial reporting." All four new integrations are now available in Joiin. Businesses and accounting practices can explore Joiin and connect their financial and operational data with a free 14-day trial, with no credit card required and access to all features. About Joiin Joiin is an award-winning financial reporting and consolidation platform built for businesses, CFOs, finance teams and accounting practices that need to bring complex financial and non-financial data together. Joiin enables organisations to consolidate and report across complex single and multiple entities, currencies and data sources, automate financial reporting, create dashboards and report packs, and turn connected business data into actionable insight in real time. Used by thousands of businesses globally, Joiin connects with leading accounting and business platforms including Xero, QuickBooks Online, Intuit Enterprise Suite, Sage Accounting, Puzzle, Pennylane, FreeAgent, MYOB, Zoho Books, Stripe and spreadsheets. MYOB Acumatica + HubSpot integration: the complete guide for trades and construction businesses. Jul 23, 2026 If you're running MYOB Acumatica as your ERP and HubSpot as your CRM, you already know the problem. A lead converts in HubSpot. Someone has to manually enter the job details into MYOB Acumatica. The invoice goes out, but the contact record in HubSpot doesn't update. Your sales team is chasing status updates from operations. Your reporting shows half the picture. It's not a people problem. It's a systems problem. And it's one that a well-configured MYOB Acumatica + HubSpot integration solves completely. This guide covers exactly how the integration works, what data moves between the two platforms, and why managed integration is almost always the better choice over DIY solutions. Why MYOB Acumatica and HubSpot Don't Talk to Each Other Out of the Box MYOB Acumatica is built for operational and financial management - job costing, inventory, project tracking, billing. HubSpot is built for sales and marketing - contacts, deals, pipelines, communications. They're solving different problems, which is why they're both useful and why they don't naturally share data. The gap between them is where manual work lives. Your sales team closes a deal in HubSpot; someone re-enters the client details into MYOB Acumatica to raise the job. An invoice is created in MYOB Acumatica; HubSpot doesn't know about it, so the contact record stays frozen at 'won deal.' A customer calls in with a query; your HubSpot team has no visibility into where their job is at. For a trades or construction business processing any meaningful volume of jobs, this isn't just annoying - it's a material cost. Manual entry takes time, introduces errors, and creates information asymmetry between teams. What a Properly Configured Integration Syncs A managed MYOB Acumatica + HubSpot integration handles the full data relationship between the two platforms. The specifics vary by business, but the core sync typically covers: * Contacts and companies: New contacts created in HubSpot flow into MYOB Acumatica as customers. Updates on either side stay in sync, so there's one consistent customer record across both systems. * Deals and jobs: When a deal is marked as won in HubSpot, a corresponding job or project record can be automatically created in MYOB Acumatica - populated with the right customer details, scope, and values. * Invoices and financial data: Invoice status from MYOB Acumatica feeds back into HubSpot, giving your sales team visibility into what's been billed, what's outstanding, and what's been paid - without leaving their CRM. * Job status updates: As jobs move through stages in MYOB Acumatica, those updates can reflect in HubSpot deal records or contact timelines, so account managers always know where a customer is at. * Products and pricing: If you're quoting through HubSpot, product and pricing data from MYOB Acumatica can be pulled in to ensure quotes are always based on current rates. The integration can be configured as one-way (MYOB Acumatica as the source of truth, pushing to HubSpot) or two-way (both platforms update each other in real time). Which approach makes sense depends on your workflows and which team owns which part of the customer lifecycle. DIY vs Managed: What Most Businesses Get Wrong There are off-the-shelf connectors that promise to link MYOB Acumatica and HubSpot. Some are Zapier-based. Some are native HubSpot app integrations. They look appealing on a pricing page. The problem is that MYOB Acumatica is a complex ERP with a highly configurable data model. Most connector tools handle simple, flat data structures well - they weren't built for the nuanced, multi-entity data relationships that live inside an ERP like MYOB Acumatica. Things like cross-entity mapping (linking a contact in HubSpot to both a customer and a project in MYOB Acumatica), custom fields, and failure management tend to either not work or require significant configuration effort to make work. What typically happens: businesses spend time configuring a connector, it works for a while, MYOB Acumatica or HubSpot releases an update, and something breaks. Now someone has to figure out what broke, why, and how to fix it. That someone is usually not a developer. A managed integration is different. The integration is built, monitored, and maintained on your behalf. API changes are handled by the integration provider. Failures are caught and resolved before they become business problems. You get 24/7 monitoring, a full sync history, and a team that knows your specific configuration. The cost of managed integration looks higher on paper. The real cost of DIY - in staff time, errors, broken syncs, and re-work - is almost always higher in practice. What to Look for in an MYOB Acumatica Integration Partner Not all integration providers are equal, and MYOB Acumatica's data model is specific enough that it matters whether your provider actually knows the platform. When evaluating options, ask: * Do they specialise in MYOB Acumatica, or is it one of many ERPs they vaguely support? * Can they map data across multiple entities - not just contacts, but jobs, projects, invoices? * What does their monitoring and failure management look like? Who gets alerted when something breaks, and how fast is the response? * Do they handle API updates and maintenance, or does that fall back to you? * Can they configure both one-way and two-way sync depending on your needs? Integration Fox was built specifically for integrations the big platforms overlook - including MYOB Acumatica, Acumatica, and the field service software (Simpro, AroFlo) that trades and construction businesses run alongside them. The platform handles millions of records per week and is monitored around the clock, with a team that understands the operational reality of businesses using these systems. Getting Started The fastest way to understand what an MYOB Acumatica + HubSpot integration would look like for your specific business is to walk through your current data flows with someone who's done it before. What data are you moving manually today? What do you wish your sales team could see without leaving HubSpot? What would change if your MYOB Acumatica jobs and HubSpot deals were always in sync? Those are the questions worth starting with. Book a call with the Integration Fox team and Integration Fox'll map it out with you - no commitment required. Book A Call MYOB. Tax, accounting and other business services software to small and medium businesses Hubspot. Full stack software for marketing, sales, and customer service, with a completely free CRM at its core Put your business on autopilot. Setup your automation workflows and see the magic in minutes. Changes to MYOB Business API scopes. MYOB have recently announced a change to the authentication scopes for MYOB Business API integrations commencing 1 September 2026. They are replacing the CompanyFile scope with more granular scopes to enhance data privacy and security. All MYOB Business API integrations will need to update the scopes used to authenticate and re-authenticate to generate a new access token that uses the new granular scopes. Databuzz has summarised the changes that need to be made on its support site here: The changes will take around 5-10 minutes and must be completed before 1 September 2026. Databuzz has released an updated version of fmAccounting Link (MYOB AccountRight Edition) - v2.3 - that supports authenticating with the new granular scopes. If you are still within the 12 month period of complimentary updates from the date of purchase, or you have purchased another 12 months of maintenance updates, you can download this using the download link from your original order confirmation email. If you created an account when placing your order on its website you can also login to your Databuzz account to access your downloads. You can purchase another 12 months of updates to stay up-to-date with any changes to the MYOB Business API as well as new features added to the fmAccounting Link file.
