Requirements
  • 5+ years of CRM experience in a consumer-facing, fast-paced eCommerce company
  • Experience managing and building large-scale, complex B2C email campaigns in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Braze, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot)
  • Exceptional project management and organisation skills
  • Experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests
  • Experience working directly with technical Engineering and Data teams to guide technical projects, with an understanding of architecture and how the systems work
  • Quantitative and analytical skills; should be extremely comfortable with Excel (functions, pivots) and reporting tools like Looker/Tableau. SQL skills are a plus
  • Creative, methodical problem-solving skills with a focus on efficient execution while balancing big-picture thinking
  • Proactive and independent nature, always looking for ways to improve existing processes
  • Must be a collaborative, cross-functional team player and comfortable partnering with a variety of teams from Engineering to Creative
  • An eye for user flow and visual design
  • Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results and communicating insights to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • You are fanatical learner, staying ahead of the curve when it comes to new strategies, tactics and tools to improve email marketing performance
  • Sense of ownership, entrepreneurial spirit and attention to detail
  • Undergraduate degree required
Responsibilities
  • Develop, plan, and execute demand generation strategies to grow customer engagement and improve conversion, repeat rates, retention and reactivation
  • Be a campaign strategist for end-to-end execution of campaigns, including defining the audience targeting, selecting campaign levers (email, push, SMS, in-app notifications), defining the creative strategy and positioning requirements and analysing results
  • Develop and manage data-driven triggered and ad hoc email campaigns end-to-end
  • Build strategies and campaigns for loyalty, churn, and product discovery
  • Assist Marketing to optimise their usage of email, mobile, and in-product notifications
  • Be a subject matter expert in customer segmentation, and the CRM channel to continuously improve execution and optimisations
  • Oversee project management and cross-functional campaign development workflow with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct regular, experimentation to facilitate rapid learning and application of any insights
  • Translate our goals into accurate delivery requirements, including but not limited to: specifying required data, segmentation and targeting logic, and dynamic content requirements
  • Initiate and conduct in-depth user data analyses and experimentation that will directly affect strategy and the programme roadmap
  • Oversee comprehensive reporting of all relevant CRM KPIs and build the right dashboards to track and socialise performance on individual campaigns and overall performance
  • Articulate and present strategy, results and data analyses/insights to stakeholders and the wider business
  • You will collaborate with key stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Analytics, Creative, Business Development and Merchandising to set and exceed growth targets, share progress, insights and best practices
