At Pattern, our team is built on a foundation of innovation, integrity, and collaboration—values that consistently deliver excellence to our clients. We’re looking for an Operations Engineer to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Work cross-functionally to become an expert on Pattern’s product including its features, capabilities, and limitations
- Help clients onboard and integrate with Pattern to maximize platform value. This includes, but is not limited to the account setup, configuration and integration, data import, and training on how to use the software effectively.
- Identify and resolve software-related issues that customers encounter, such as bugs, errors, or performance issues. This may involve analyzing log files, debugging code, or working with development teams to find solutions
- Gather feedback from customers about their experiences with the software and communicate that feedback to product development teams to drive continuous improvement
- Document and maintain data operations processes for clients and internal teams including a comprehensive knowledge base of articles, tutorials, and FAQs to help customers find answers to common questions and troubleshoot issues independently
- Collaborate with sales, product management, data, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to advocate for customers’ needs and priorities
- Analyze client data to identify and present trends in context, interpret results, and make action-oriented recommendations to internal teams
- Help clients access information on litigations by building dashboards with our data visualization tools
What You’ll Have
- 1-3 years of experience in a data-focused role serving a client services or operations team
- Expert Excel skills and exposure to SQL, Python, and R is a plus
- Passion for data operations
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings and actionable insights clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and solutions-driven
- Ability to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce desired results
- Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
- Skillful in creating narratives with data
- Curiosity and a strong desire to learn
