US Top Secret Clearance Required
- Two (2) years of related training experience
- Ability to achieve and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Associates Degree
- Knowledge of contact center customer relationship management and telephony solutions
- Have high energy, positive attitude, and the ability to effectively hold the attention of a group of 20+ individuals
- Must be both a skilled lecturer and a skilled facilitator with outstanding presentation skills
- Able to memorize materials and deliver training
- Experience and ease in interfacing with all levels of management and Contact Center personnel
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and engage with people quickly to create rapport
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- responsible for the professional development, scheduling, ongoing updating, improvement, and facilitation of regular informational and educational sessions of customer service staff via in-person and online (webinar, video-conference, etc.) training sessions/seminars
- leads the communication and reinforcement of required knowledge, behaviors, and service excellence through training, contact monitoring, and coaching/feedback
- responsible for identifying opportunities to improve training and performance
