Responsibilities

Lead the search and identification of a long-term strategic Learning Management System for Curology, in partnership with members of our Medical, People Ops, IT and more teams
Coordinate change management and support the implementation of updated recruiting processes through scheduling change milestones, overseeing accordance to the new process, monitoring change adoptional and gathering feedback from parties involved
Lead the completion of company-wide surveys by compiling company information and drafting communication plan
Supporting other projects as needed

The Programs, Office & Experience team leads cross-functional projects and key initiatives for the People & Culture team - from leading our Learning & Development efforts, driving strategic projects on topics including recruiting methodology and feedback programming, to owning employee engagement strategy. Were looking for a proactive and resourceful program management intern to lead the successful completion of projects. This role is a great opportunity to work closely with our Senior Program Manager, get involved in an array of different projects and own meaningful initiatives.

What youll do:
