  • 4 years of experience in Design or related fields (e.g., graphic, interaction, web experience)
  • Online portfolio of design focused work samples for web and mobile applications showing a wide range of media
  • Strong experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Invision, After Effects and other relevant design tools
  • Experience incorporating research in strategic design processes
  • Ability to communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale to the rest of the team
  • Critical thinker and problem solving skills to address and improve digital experiences
  • Knowledge of photo editing and basic touch ups
  • Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS, Javascript, etc
  • Ability to quickly concept design solutions and evaluate directions
  • Provide strategic designs and design related solutions across a variety of outputs - from brand identity to UX to environmental and e-commerce design
  • Strong experience designing for paid media ads, social, email journeys, landing pages, motion graphics, illustration, iconography and brand identity in addition to other marketing collateral
  • Work hands on with marketing and social strategists to deliver and identify growth opportunities for existing and new users
  • Lead design research and strategy to support design direction for marketing and social initiatives
  • Collaborate closely and communicate with fellow designers, engineers, copywriters and leadership on ideation and marketing initiatives
  • Participate in creative and strategic brainstorming processes for marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with the video team on creating engaging, beautifully branded content and graphics for social, PR and video channels
  • Evaluate analytics and metrics surrounding design initiatives to identify how to improve upon and further optimize designs
