Successful Candidates: 

• Active RN or LPN license in Colorado.

• CPR certification.

• Ability to pass criminal and Colorado CAPS background checks.

• COVID vaccine required or valid exemption.

• Supervisory experience in skilled nursing is a plus!

• A teammate that is ready to encourage their team to excel.

Salary: - $35 - $50/hour- DOE
