Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Payroll, Finance, Human Resources or related field required; including previous experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll processing required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced skill in Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Effective communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Administering and maintaining the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) while accurately entering and updating employee information, including new hires and benefits elections, in accordance with audit standards.
  • Processing payroll tasks such as managing compensation and deduction changes, handling newly hired and terminated employees, and administering leave payments.
  • Creating and processing various payroll templates—such as Hours/Earnings, One Time Payment, Deduction, and Taxable Fringe Benefit Templates—while reviewing Time & Attendance data to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely payments with minimal errors.
  • Coordinating and researching other employee-related issues as necessary.
