  • Track record of successfully scaling a profitable, worldwide sales organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and net revenue retention within the banking segment
  • Oversee the GTM P&L for the Banking business, ensuring profitability and financial health. This includes advising on growth investments, including and adhering to operating budget
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and other departments to align GTM strategies and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at top U.S. banks.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments.
  • Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of sales, account management, customer success technical account management, and onboarding.
