Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a related role, with a focus on developing and delivering advanced sales training programs.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in sales training or adult learning are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN, Sandler), and best practices.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs, both in-person and virtually.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong coaching skills with the ability to motivate and guide sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., LMS, CRM, e-learning platforms) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust training strategies to meet evolving business needs.
  • Experience with content writing tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Canva, WalkMe, Adobe).
Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver advanced sales training programs, including onboarding, product training, sales methodologies, and soft skills development.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for sales teams, using a variety of instructional techniques to engage and educate participants.
  • Provide one-on-one skill review and coaching to sales representatives, offering constructive feedback and strategies for improvement.
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules, tailored to the needs of different sales roles.
  • Create assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees through observation, testing, and feedback.
  • Stay current on industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Work closely with sales leadership, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that training content aligns with company goals, product updates, and sales strategies.
  • Track and report on training outcomes, including participant satisfaction, knowledge retention, and impact on sales performance.
  • Act as a mentor to junior trainers and support the development of the overall sales training program.
