  • Currently enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a master's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or a similar field and on track to graduate between Dec 2023-June 2024
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written skills
  • Experience managing projects in enterprise environments delivering business applications for one or more departments
  • Experience with Agile traits and techniques: Lean design, accommodating changing requirements, iterations, loop feedback with customer involvement
  • Ability to build meaningful business relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • An ambitious, creative, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to think big and deliver projects from conception through completion
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, and ability to adapt in a flexible and fast-paced environment
  • PMP Certification course completion preferred
  • Help take small to large projects from original concept through final implementation
  • Support and manage overall communication and work with all areas affected by the project including SMEs, Stakeholders, Business sponsors and vendors
  • Attend Team Meetings (Planning, Standups, review, retrospective, etc.)
  • Manage status reporting to support project discussions at Core team, Steering Committee, and Sponsor level
  • Promote organizational understanding of programs and projects
  • Leverage PPM and other platform features to support on time task completion of projects
  • Leverage change management methodology, processes, and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Lead the delivery team throughout the engagement, often in collaboration with a services partner
  • Manage the engagement governance, timeline, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting, and financials
  • Understand the goals and align the deliverables accordingly
  • Be the single contact to encourage collaboration
  • Manage Customer Outcomes to achieve the engagement's deliverables and promote the customer's desired results
  • Identify gaps between actuals and plan of record, proposing solutions, escalating as needed
Desired Qualifications
  • A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings is a plus
  • Previous internship experience is a plus
