Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the retail team during busy weekends and high-traffic periods.
  • Quickly and efficiently retrieve stock, frames and products for the sales team.
  • Anticipate stock needs and respond promptly to requests.
  • Support the team in delivering a seamless and efficient client experience.
  • Keep stock areas organised, tidy and easy to navigate.
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking and organising deliveries.
  • Locate, replenish and return stock accurately throughout the day.
  • Handle products carefully and return them to the correct location.
  • Support regular stock checks and help maintain accurate inventory.
  • Keep the stockroom and back-of-house areas clean, organised and efficient.
  • Move stock between the stockroom and retail floor as needed.
  • Help maintain a polished retail environment during busy periods.
  • Support the wider team wherever needed.
