Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Applications, Information Technology/Systems or Engineering (any discipline) + 2 years experience as Technical Analyst, Software QA Analyst or Manager (involving QA).
  • Must be willing to travel/relocate to anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities
  • Test system modifications and provide application assistance for implementation.
  • Analyze and prepare for content migrations if any and arrive at the detailed migration approach, plan, and associated list of activities.
  • Work with Implementation Analysts to define and setup product configuration including data elements required for creation of the database.
  • Participate in discussions with implementation analysts and data providers to review data and file requirements and preparation of files if applicable.
  • Create or maintain databases of known test defects and review final databases in preparation for production cutover to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Design automated testing tools, test plans, and scripts; plan technical testing capabilities; and provide production support.
  • Analyze data to identify setup issues, research source of problem and resolve operational problems.
  • Investigate customer problems and support client in production readiness activities.
  • Conduct validation of configurations and connectivity testing.
  • Identify automation opportunities and identify/recommend automated testing processes and tools.
