Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or another related field with at least 2 years of experience working with warehouse management systems, preferably Infios, Manhattan, or similar applications, or a high school diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management system processes and best practices.
  • Experience training and supporting users in warehouse management system functionalities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to travel 80% to 100% of the time to various locations across Canada and the United States.
  • Ability to pass a post-offer background check.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with operations support, distribution center operations, and other required teams to facilitate deployment of Infios Warehouse Management System across Canadian distribution centers and align processes with company standards.
  • Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution for warehouse management system processes, including integration with JDE.
  • Conduct training for operational staff on receiving, inventory management, quality control, traceability, picking, and shipping.
  • Work onsite at distribution centers to implement warehouse management system processes, conduct training, and assist with modifications or enhancements.
  • Provide rotating after-hours warehouse management system support during critical operational periods.
  • Assist with identifying, developing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing of warehouse management system modifications and enhancements.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to manage supplier, quality-exception, and regulatory traceability processes.
  • Manage pallet-level traceability across operational processes and identify gaps in training, process design, or system modifications.
  • Recommend warehouse management system enhancements that improve traceability and support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Inventory teams to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability, escalating discrepancies or risks to Operations.
  • Monitor receiving, putaway, overcapacity, and traceability processes and address related gaps and issues.
  • Conduct inventory accuracy audits and assist teams in implementing practices to mitigate discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain warehouse management system work instructions, configuration documents, training guides, and testing scripts.
  • Review and update process documentation following operational changes and warehouse management system enhancements.
  • Document key process-step checklists and identify requirements and responsibilities.
  • Use analytics tools to generate reports, identify process exceptions, and help stakeholders resolve operational issues.
  • Collaborate with business users to improve business intelligence capabilities using Power BI, Jasper, SCI, and Excel.
  • Ensure operations follow Safe Food for Canadians Regulations, Global Food Safety Initiative requirements, and Good Warehouse Practices and Good Drivers Practices for transport.
  • Perform other assigned projects and duties.
