Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in science, engineering, mathematics, computer science, economics, human resources, or a related discipline is required.
  • Experience developing dashboards using Tableau or other data visualization tools is required.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is required.
  • Experience with querying languages such as SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with business customers and technical teams are required.
  • An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
  • The ability to travel and work on client sites is required.
  • The ability to work in a team-based environment is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are required.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and customer relationship management skills are required.
  • Experience with tools and methods for project management, data analysis, business analysis, and/or strategic communications and multimedia is required.
  • The ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization is required.
Responsibilities
  • Engage technical and functional program subject matter experts and key data stakeholders to understand business processes, analytical requirements, key data elements, data protection guidelines, and analytic results.
  • Implement pre-specified research or analysis plans.
  • Provide regular, detailed reporting to management and customers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members in a timely and proactive manner.
  • Define and develop techniques to integrate, consolidate, and structure data for analytical use.
  • Understand and analyze complex and organization-specific datasets.
  • Transform data and analysis into informative visualizations and interactive dashboards using open-source and commercially available visualization and dashboard tools.
  • Develop briefing packages to communicate complex ideas to non-technical customers.
  • Advise on the interpretation and use of data analysis products and reports.
Desired Qualifications
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is preferred.
  • Management consulting experience is desired.
  • The desire and willingness to gain technical skills and capabilities in strategy development, talent management, process mapping, organizational change, workforce planning and analysis, data analysis and visualization, and/or competency management is desired.
  • The desire to obtain relevant industry certifications is preferred.
  • Innovative problem-solving ability is desired.
