Requirements
  • 3+ years utilizing LCPtracker (or equivalent labor compliance software) as an Administrator for a Prime Contractor
  • LCPtracker Software Certified Associate, or equivalent
  • Previous experience reviewing federal, state, and local contracts to determine the labor compliance requirements preferred
  • High school degree, or equivalent required
Responsibilities
  • Define and create the necessary validation settings in LCPtracker
  • Provide overall LCPtracker system management
  • Supervise the labor compliance specialist team
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to create labor compliance reports
  • Oversee the 3rd party consultants with their labor compliance review process
  • Manage all internal and external reporting initiatives that utilize LCPtracker data
  • Act as liaison between consultants, subcontractors, and Nexamp internal stakeholders
  • Maintain a subcontractor compliancy log for each Construction Project
  • Resolve certified payroll reporting inquiries from internal and external clients
  • Assist with external certified payroll audits and other third-party requests
  • Attend compliance meetings and trainings specialized in IRA Bill compliance, DOL payroll training, and apprenticeship requirements
  • Understand Nexamp's EPC Contracts and Project Agreements to ensure incoming certified payroll documents comply with the contracts
  • Review and approve invoices from the Consultants related to the labor compliance services
