Requirements
- Strong basic knowledge of pouring, leveling, forming, troweling, troweling machines for finishing, and concrete.
- Ability to learn and understand work-related safety hazards and safely operate work-related tools and equipment.
- Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 pounds, with occasional capacity for up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive use of the hands, arms, and legs, with adequate hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to hear, comprehend, and speak to safely perform work.
- Ability to perform sedentary to heavy work.
- Ability to operate various electric, gas, and pneumatic hand and power tools.
- Ability to climb and maintain balance on steel or wood frameworks, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds.
- Ability to frequently grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects.
- Ability to perform prolonged bending, twisting, walking, crawling, kneeling, overhead reaching, squatting, pushing, pulling, standing, and lifting.
- Ability to walk on uneven surfaces, muddy conditions, loose rock, and loose or soft sand.
- Ability to work in confined spaces when required.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and supervision.
- Reading and writing comprehension sufficient to give and receive work directions and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities
- Place, finish, protect, and repair concrete for projects.
- Place and spread concrete using various tools and level or float the surface.
- Inspect completed work to ensure proper installation.
- Understand and apply the proper technique for vibrating concrete.
- Assist other craft workers as needed.
