Responsibilities
  • Generate profitable sales and drive revenue growth for the Sotheby's Wine and Spirits retail business
  • Manage and develop the Sales team to execute sale strategies
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients
  • Represent the Wine and Spirits team at events
  • Manage the Category Management and Buying team
  • Manage the New York Retail store
  • Collaborate with the Wine and Spirits Operations team
  • Recruit, manage, and supervise the US Retail and direct sales team
  • Develop pricing and promotional strategies
  • Create a vision and positioning for Sotheby’s Wine and Spirits globally
  • Develop a content strategy and marketing plan
  • Manage the Wine and Spirits Marketing resources
