- Studying Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Good academic standing with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Technical presentation skills using Excel, PowerPoint, Word or equivalent SW
- Ability to communicate via email (Outlook) or Microsoft Teams
- Developing skills and knowledge of tool sets
- Understanding how assigned duties integrate with others in the team
- Developing responsibility for customer satisfaction within work area
- Using existing procedures to solve straightforward problems
- Using communication skills and common courtesy
