Requirements
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, Web Application Designer, or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in UI/UX and web or application design.
  • Strong knowledge of UX, UI, visual design, and user-centered design principles.
  • Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Proficiency in Figma or other modern UI/UX and prototyping tools.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools.
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design and modern application design patterns.
  • Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good business acumen.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to work remotely during the required shift: 12:30 PM–9:30 PM IST.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer, business, and product requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and other stakeholders.
  • Translate business and user requirements into intuitive user experiences and effective interface designs.
  • Establish and enhance visual design styles, UI patterns, and design guidelines for applications, features, and functionalities.
  • Participate in user requirement gathering and contribute to project documentation related to the user experience and visual design.
  • Create user-centered designs based on market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research, and technical constraints and opportunities.
  • Develop user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Understand product specifications, user behavior, and psychology to create effective and engaging digital experiences.
  • Conduct concept validation and usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on findings.
  • Advocate for simple, intuitive, consistent, and user-friendly experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, and other project stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Ensure design consistency across applications while maintaining usability, accessibility, and visual quality.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively while providing realistic time and level-of-effort estimates.
  • Stay current with the latest UI/UX, web application, and product design trends and best practices.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
