Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communication plans for various initiatives, including new Enablement programs, process changes, and organizational updates.
  • Craft engaging content for internal newsletters, announcements, and presentations, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
  • Lead internal communication channels, such as Slack channels, email lists, team collaboration platforms, and intranet pages.
  • Design and maintain the Enterprise Data & Analytics team websites, ensuring it is up-to-date, insightful, and user-friendly.
  • Create and curate content for the website, including news, announcements, resources, and team information.
  • Track website analytics and make improvements to optimize user experience.
  • Design and maintain other assets and wireframes for other products such as Data Marketplace, Data Community, and other workflow assets.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions for new tools, technologies, and processes.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to develop training materials and resources.
  • Track training participation and effectiveness.
  • Assist in planning and facilitating all-hands meetings for the Enterprise Data & Analytics team.
  • Prepare presentations, coordinate logistics, and facilitate communication before, during, and after meetings.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working in a data or analytics environment.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR model).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) certifications.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
