Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years sales and management experience
  • a strong understanding of the Retail
  • proven exceptional leadership/management skills
  • excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
  • strong entrepreneurial spirit with an eagerness to meet and exceed goals and targets
  • to be assertive, organized and have a strong follow-through with great attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Aid in delivering sales results by ensuring operational excellence and execution within the Division.
  • Ensure successful field expansion through managing on-boarding program.
  • Set operational Regional Manager monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for all Stanley Black & Decker Portfolios.
  • Operationally develop team of Regional Managers and Retail Territory Managers through coaching and existing measurement tools.
  • Develop and implement strategy to improve Market manager Business Acumen.
  • Take lead with MET relationships within Division to foster partnerships and develop best practices.
  • Create strategy to effectively balance and manage inventory within the Division.
  • Partner with DSM to execute Review process to develop Regional Managers and track Manager Business Objectives (MBO's) to measure team's performance.
  • Play a lead role in interaction with Home Depot and Lowe's Headquarter team and the Channel/Product team.
