Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in consulting.
  • A track record of shaping and delivering people-focused change in complex environments, including organisation, operating model and/or technology-enabled transformation.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering organisation design and change management engagements, with a strong track record in at least one and exposure to both, including activities such as organisation diagnostics, operating model design, organisational restructuring, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, business readiness or adoption.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Exposure to different sectors and organisational contexts.
  • Ability to take initiative and work effectively in evolving or ambiguous environments.
  • Experience owning and leading the development of core deliverables and workstreams.
  • Ability to manage personal work and deliver independently when needed.
  • Experience understanding a client's challenges and identifying where they could represent a business opportunity.
  • Passion for people-centred transformation and collaborative working.
Responsibilities
  • Lead discrete workstreams or projects within complex transformation programmes.
  • Shape high-quality client deliverables and interventions across two or more core proposition areas, particularly organisation design and change management engagements.
  • Deliver organisation design work including organisation diagnostics, structure design, and role definition.
  • Deliver change management work including stakeholder analysis, readiness, communications and engagement, and behavioural change.
  • Deliver organisation development work including capability building, leadership development, and culture transformation.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal colleagues.
  • Leverage data and insight to shape evidence-based recommendations.
  • Proactively identify and use tools, templates, and methodologies to deliver programme objectives.
  • Support the growth of the People & Change team, including mentoring colleagues and contributing to knowledge management.
  • Engage in business development activities, including identifying commercial opportunities, contributing to bids, proposition development, and client conversations.
Desired Qualifications
  • An industry-recognised qualification such as PROSCI, CIPD, coaching, or psychometrics.
  • Experience supporting digital, technology, or enterprise transformation programmes, such as ERP, HR technology, AI adoption, digital workplace, or operating model transformation.
  • Experience leading organisation design workstreams within large-scale business or digital transformation programmes and translating organisation design recommendations into successful business outcomes.
