Responsibilities
- Assist with all Talent Management activities, including but not limited to, performance management, mentorship programs, learning and development, coaching, and more
- Assist with execution, data management, and vendor support for key performance management processes such as goal setting, feedback collection, and performance reviews
- Coordinate training sessions, managing all logistical details
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures as it relates to Talent Management processes
- Support other strategic projects within Talent Management
- Act as partner to Human Resources team members globally regarding Talent Management activities
