Responsibilities
  • Assist with all Talent Management activities, including but not limited to, performance management, mentorship programs, learning and development, coaching, and more
  • Assist with execution, data management, and vendor support for key performance management processes such as goal setting, feedback collection, and performance reviews
  • Coordinate training sessions, managing all logistical details
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures as it relates to Talent Management processes
  • Support other strategic projects within Talent Management
  • Act as partner to Human Resources team members globally regarding Talent Management activities
