Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of businesses and develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of Google advertising products and how they can be used to meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
  • Build relationships with end customers or agencies and serve as a trusted advisor by identifying growth opportunities, creating multi-quarter plans, and driving adoption of key product best practices to grow their business with Google.
  • Collaborate within the team and cross-functionally to execute plans and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals.
  • Develop and refine a point of view to scale products and processes, align priorities to drive customer growth, and scale best practices to contribute to overall team success.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, working with advertisers, agencies, or clients in India.
  • Ability to strategically assess and solve customer needs using sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection management, investigative skills, and engaging selling.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and use storytelling as an engagement strategy.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues to develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings as needed, up to 10% to 20% of the time.
