Requirements
- Degree in an engineering discipline with proven experience in semiconductor industry, or program management with a semiconductor focus
- Program management fundamentals with demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional engineering programs
- Demonstrates accountability, initiative and independence in approach to managing technical programs
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to appropriately summarise and tailor messaging of technical content to key stakeholders and customers
- Experience working in a fast-paced engineering environment with direct customer interaction
- Familiarity with IC design, qualification and manufacturing flows
- Experience in semiconductor technology development or design enablement
- Experience directly interfacing with silicon foundries in a technology development or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of semiconductor device operation, manufacturing, and design enablement

Responsibilities
- Work with Marketing, Design & Technology teams to define scope of new process technology platforms and extensions, owning Statement of Work definition with external foundry suppliers
- Own Technology Certification schedule, working with cross-functional team to identify and track key milestones
- Run regular cross-functional team meetings to track status, identify & mitigate risks, and prepare for key internal and external reviews
- Lead customer engagement as main point of contact for new technology introduction, inc. running regular remote & face-to-face meetings, preparing & delivering status updates, driving action item closure
- Coordinate foundry engagement, defining meeting agendas and tracking action items to drive technology enablement progress
- Coordinate test chip development, defining scope & schedule, tracking & prioritising execution, and prioritising & coordinating post-silicon characterisation
