Responsibilities
  • With the VP Marketing develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints, including digital platforms, collateral, tv campaigns, and in-person experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand messaging into all aspects of the business.
  • Lead a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure that all work meets brand standards, best practices for performance marketing, and aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve our creative output.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for driving performance metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics.
  • Analyze performance data and insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Implement A/B testing and other tactics to improve creative performance and ROI.
  • Inspire and motivate the creative team to deliver with excellence, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to help team members grow and excel in their roles.
  • Manage resource allocation and workload distribution to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
