Responsibilities
  • Optimize clinical workflows by identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and continuously improving care coordination
  • Analyze performance data using SQL and other tools to track provider KPIs, surface key insights, and drive data-informed decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Product, Care, and Data teams to develop strategies that enhance patient and provider experiences
  • Act as a key liaison for providers, ensuring their concerns are addressed, feedback is gathered, and workflows are streamlined
  • Support innovation in care delivery, researching best practices and industry trends to help shape Mochi’s clinical roadmap
  • Manage and update provider content, including communication, training resources, and workflows
  • Foster a team-first mindset: humility, collaboration, and partnership are key
  • Own and drive improvements in care coordination and overall clinical operations

Mochi Health provides telehealth obesity treatment with personalized care using FDA-approved medications. Patients join a subscription that includes medical consultations and prescribed therapies, with options for cost-effective compounded generics.
