Responsibilities
  • Leads a team of direct reports, completing all the people management activities associated with leadership of highly functioning team, including responsibility of recruiting, hiring, development and performance of team members.
  • Oversees the relationship management of Project Support clients to ensure customer satisfaction is met by the execution of their team of assigned Project Support Reps.
  • Responsible for ensuring their assigned teams are executing accordingly to establish existing customer loyalty, as well as aggressively pursing Project Support opportunities through new customers.
  • Analyzes the return on each customer to understand their needs and determine growth opportunities through new solutions in partnership with both Lowe’s and Lowe’s Pro Supply organizations.
  • Partners with National Account Mangers to ensure Lowe’s compliance resources are leveraged to mitigate risk in development and execution of contractual agreements and/or local/state/national Pro Customers.
