Responsibilities

Lead the design experience of our V-BAT product and its command and control solutions
Partner with program management and business teams to solve for customer needs
Conduct competitive and industry research to understand the needs, pain points, and use cases of our customers
Work at the intersection of design and development to translate product requirements into design specifications, user journey maps and workflows
Lead the design of low-fidelity mockups and rapid prototypes for user testing and iteration
Lead customer reviews, and usability events to gather feedback and data on design effectiveness

Degree in Design, HCI, or Computer Science
Ability to code prototypes (HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React, Android, or similar)
Experience designing for mobile apps
Experience designing for responsive websites
Experience contributing and working with design systems

As a Principal Designer, you’ll lead the experience design of our V-BAT platform and Hivemind Commander, an innovative software solution that supports seamless, intuitive and immersive interaction with teams of autonomous robotic systems.

You will help delight our customers by applying your talents to the translation of complex human-robot interactions into elegant design solutions.

You will work alongside a team devoted to excellence, committed to collaboration, and focused on helping users maximize the power of AI to protect service members, first responders, and civilians

What you’ll do:

Salary Range: $171,624-$274,152 Annually + Bonus + Benefits+ Equity (if applicable)
