Required Experience

13+ years of overall software development experience in enterprise systems.
10+ years of software development experience in Core Java, including multi-threading.
8+ years of experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
5+ years as an AWS solutions architect.
5+ years of microservice architecture and low-latency implementations.
3+ years of experience working with distributed caching systems.
3+ years implementing Apache Kafka data pipelines.
In-depth knowledge of Agile Software Development practices and how to leverage these to streamline project execution.
Possess the ability to decompose business problems into smaller parts to correctly develop a solution, always considering the impact on other subsystems.
Team player with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Familiar with software engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Automated Testing, and Performance Engineering.
Knowledge of SDLC, especially regarding improving agile delivery metrics.
Strong communication and team/technical leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

AWS certification preferred.
Consulting experience.
Financial services experience is a plus.
