Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption, retention, and expansion among our diverse client base to ensure they get the most out of our products.
  • Collaborate closely with our Solution Architect, Sales and Product teams to streamline the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for our clients.
  • Work proactively to build and maintain long-term relationships with our clients, becoming a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Lead the renewal process and develop strategies for account expansion to minimize churn and maximize growth.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, using it to advocate for new features and product enhancements that meet our clients' needs.
  • Engage with customers to collect valuable insights that help shape the future direction of our product offerings.
