Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, ideally working with customers in the Personal Finance and Consumer Packaged Goods verticals, with a track record of achieving challenging revenue targets.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top clients, engaging regularly to understand their goals and marketing strategies and to align Slickdeals' solutions with their needs.
  • Act as a thought leader in native advertising and affiliate marketing, staying current with industry trends to provide strategic insights that elevate client campaigns and maximize value.
  • Operate internally as the vertical expert for both Personal Finance and CPG. This includes collaborating closely with and influencing internal stakeholders to advocate for both the Slickdeals community and customer objectives thereby ensuring that client perspectives are integrated in cross-functional decisions.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities, effectively communicate value propositions, and drive impactful sales outcomes for clients.
  • Lead, inspire, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting team members in achieving both individual and team targets.
  • Design and execute strategic plans focused on exceeding revenue targets, leveraging best practices and insights to consistently overachieve.
