Requirements
  • Strategic sales experience in the healthcare industry with an emphasis on population health
  • Have a demonstrated track record of success in business development and strategy
  • Prior experience driving deals to close in the healthcare industry
  • Ability to manage ongoing revenue generation on deals of $1M+ per year
  • Be innovative and creative in building strategies to partner and drive value/impact with organizations
  • Proven success commercializing solutions in developing business development deals
  • A proven and documentable history of achieving sales goals
  • Relationship management skills, ability to prospect and follow up on potential new customers
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Must have a very strong consultative sales skillset
Responsibilities
  • Execute on Lark's business development strategy, with a specific focus on new revenue opportunities within pharma, tech, medical devices, and other emerging verticals
  • Drive revenue through the acquisition of new large BD partnerships
  • Manage BD pipeline by sourcing, evaluating, and contracting with potential partners
  • Lead research efforts to understand new potential verticals that Lark might be interested in pursuing and who the key target partners are within each vertical
  • Connect Lark into a telehealth partnership that enables us to market our health plans
  • Expand the smart meter sales channel provider contract and sell into value-based care providers
  • Identify opportunities with pharmaceutical partners as a digital therapeutic solution for improving the HEOR data
  • Sign strategic tech enablement partnership with an employer navigator to co-sell into employers
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, legal, product, engineering, sales, etc.) to support the launch and growth of new, innovative partnerships
  • Develop and maintain decks, collateral, and other assets that will be used during the BD sales process
