  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience of 5+ years as an Enterprise Architect, demonstrating a solid understanding of relevant areas
  • Experience with planning and leading architecture delivery for large-scale business and systems transformation programs is a must
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large scale Salesforce initiatives from concept to delivery
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture capabilities and ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills
  • Strong understanding of security architecture principles and practices
  • Proven experience in business capability modelling and translating business needs into technology solutions
Responsibilities
  • Execute the strategic vision for the Enterprise Architecture practice under the guidance of leadership
  • Expert level understanding of various components of the Salesforce product suite such as Sales, Service, Experience, Community, Marketing and App Clouds
  • Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce com platform
  • Lead technical design sessions, architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives, identify gaps between client current and desired end states
  • Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations and data migration elements of a Salesforce com implementation
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy for Salesforce platform encompassing architecture design, development, integration and maintenance
  • Actively participate in the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to contribute to sound technology decisions and minimize technology debt
  • Evaluate and rationalize the application portfolio, recommending retirements, consolidations, or replacements as needed
  • Provide guidance on the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and maintainable technology architecture
  • Contribute to producing target state solution architectures, conducting architectural assessments and gap analyses, and shaping the overall solution strategy and roadmap
  • Partner with data architect(s) to support data management practices, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance
  • Partner with integration architect(s) to support integration strategies ensuring seamless communication and data flow across various systems
  • Work closely with solution architects to ensure that individual solutions align with the overall enterprise architecture
  • Collaborate with business leaders to create business capability models that align technology capabilities with business needs
  • Contribute to building a vibrant ‘learning community’ within the enterprise architecture discipline, fostering continuous improvement and consistently delivering value to various business units
Desired Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred
  • Familiarity with TOGAF/EA methodologies, ITSM/ITIL process design, cloud strategy, Agile framework, and security frameworks
