  • 3+ years in clients facing roles with a SaaS software company: Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Digital Strategist, Performance Manager, Ad operations
  • 1+ years experience managing commercial aspects of a book of business within Customer Success or Sales
  • 4+ years of experience in paid media, such as Facebook, Paid Search, Quora, YouTube, Adwords or LinkedIn advertising
  • C-Level experience (specifically within Marketing and Sales organizations) building relationships and driving marketing results in B2B industries
  • Standardize value models - building, interpreting customer data to present value
  • Experience learning, operating and training on a software solution
  • Consulting experience
Responsibilities
  • Oversee your book of business from onboarding to adoption to renewals and upsells
  • Improve customer engagement through standard CS practices, such as sync calls, business reviews, customer visits and events
  • Drive product adoption via training customers and sharing best practices
  • Operate the Metadata platform in select situations, supporting your customers in activities such as building audiences, ads, campaigns, and offers
  • Monitor indicators to assess customer engagement, adoption, value/roi and risks of churn
  • Build customer advocacy via case studies, site reviews and references
  • Provide customer feedback to Product Management and propose opportunities to improve product features/capabilities
  • Work with Performance Marketing team members to translate customers' demand generation strategies into results
  • Work with Account Managers to support commercial motion for renewals and expansion
  • Be a specialist and mentor to the Metadata Customer Success team
