Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a complex office environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with document imaging and related technologies
  • Ability to manage time and balance multiple and fast changing responsibilities and priorities
  • Ability to perform complex and concurrent tasks requiring speed and accuracy; diplomacy and customer service; maintain confidence
  • Highly developed organizational skills, with demonstrated success in working in a fast paced and diverse environment
  • Demonstrated computer competency and preferably knowledgeable of Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Access
Responsibilities
  • Manage an alpha section of application documents and credentials
  • Participates in execution of systems and technical operations
  • Back up for receptionist. Covers phones during lunch hour and when receptionist is out
  • All other duties as assigned
