Provides critical operational support across all aspects of admission’s business process and operations. Support recruitment enrollment and customer service by creating and maintaining data and information.
Position Specific Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Manage an alpha section of application documents and credentials.
Participates in execution of systems and technical operations.
Back up for receptionist. Covers phones during lunch hour and when receptionist is out.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a complex office environment
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with document imaging and related technologies
Ability to mange time and balance multiple and fast changing responsibilities and priorities.
Ability to perform complex and concurrent tasks requiring speed and accuracy; diplomacy and customer service; maintain confidence.
Highly developed organizational skills, with demonstrated success in working in a fast paced and diverse environment
Demonstrated computer competency and preferably knowledgeable of Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Access.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Typically a high school diploma or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills, and abilities as needed to keep abreast of current office technologies.
