Requirements
- Must have manufacturing experience and be comfortable in a plant environment.
- Must have experience with the general ledger and month-end close.
- Be responsible for the entire general ledger and month-end close.
- Preparation and review of monthly financial statements.
- Ensuring that reviews and reconciliations of balance sheets are carried out on a monthly basis.
- Planning and coordination with outside auditors for year-end audit.
- Hands-on but with people skills to manage staff of four.
- Record of driving change, embraces technology to help improve the General Ledger functionality and reporting, automate systems and payments to vendors to save time.
Responsibilities
- This person will be the right hand person of the CFO.
- Must have Manufacturing experience and comfortable in a Plant Environment, Cost Accounting experience a plus.
