In this role you will be trusted advisor to our clients, provide world-class support, recommendations to clients for process improvement to maximize their ERP investment, as well as a coach and mentor junior team members as we take part in unprecedented organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities
Engage with clients as their Managed Services Lead (MSL)
Act as their “single point of contact”, leading the proactive and strategic discussions regarding evolution of their system
Coordinate issue resolution, enhancement requests, training, system checks and updates
Accountable for managing the profitability of the relationship
Contribute to the growth and efficiency of the Managed Services team
Mentor Jr. Consultants
Participate in internal initiatives related to improving our systems, metrics, and processes
Participate in formal and informal knowledge sharing sessions
Hands-on support and system enhancement
Analyze and document system and business requirements
Creating design documents for new enhancement requests
Setup system and configure according to customer requirements
Develop test scripts and for customers testing phase
Make recommendation for new processes and procedures
Testing and documenting resolution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, IT or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience with D365 FSC / F&O / AX
Ability to travel to client sites 50% of the time
