- Learn through on-the-job training to safely perform all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning trees, rigging, cabling and bracing, removing hazardous trees, maintaining and operating hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts, and implementing work-zone safety procedures.
- Assist Arborist Climbers and Arborist Crew Leaders on the ground and aloft.
- Assist with driving, backing, dumping, and parking duties.
- Learn, understand, and adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies.
- Prior tree care, landscaping, forestry, or horticulture experience.
- A degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Landscape Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Services include inventory management, pruning, fertilization, insect and disease suppression, soil management, lightning protection, cabling and bracing, and removals.
